Welcome, one and all! My name is Sarah Biren and I will be your hostess for this blog.

I have always been creative, and when I was forced to adopt a gluten and dairy-free diet due to a finicky stomach, the creativity followed me into the kitchen.

Let me say that with these recipes, anything goes. You may be surprised at the combination of foods and spices that go into these dishes. Don’t be afraid to give them a try and you will be glad you did.

Quick note: I have a sweet tooth and I don’t tolerate ‘healthy’ tasting desserts.

Since I am the only health nut in my family, my taste testers are mostly junk foodies who don’t know the difference between ‘organic’ and ‘gluten.’ I’m serious. I don’t joke about things as important as food. Except for when I do.

So be brave as you roam my blog. Be prepared to salivate at recipes that are unbelievably nutritious. Fire up the oven and bring on the blender.
